1 green banana, halved
1 fresh green chilli, seeded and chopped
3 g (1/2 tbsp) chopped coriander leaves
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) salt
10 g (1 tbsp) chopped onion
5 g (1 tsp) plain flour
oil for deep frying
method
1. Boil the banana till soft. Peel and cool.
2. Mash the banana with the chilli, coriander leaves, salt, onion and flour.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 small balls and flatten.
4. Heat the oil and fry the balls, turning once, till crisp and golden.
