method
1. Halve the avocados, remove the stones and peel them.
2. Blend all the ingredients together.
3. Serve very well chilled, garnished with chives if desired.
4. The thickness of the soup will depend as much on the size of the avocados as the thickness of the yoghurt used.
5. You can thin it down with a little milk or cream if you need to.
