Onion Salad #2

Just what you need to brighten your cold cuts.

ingredients

serves 4
4 large onions, finely chopped
1 small hot green chilli, finely chopped
1 slice fresh ginger, finely chopped
15 g (1/2 oz) coconut, grated
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt to taste

method

Mix the onion and chilli together. Add the ginger, coconut, lemon juice and mix well.
