30 ml (1 oz) Light Rum
1 slice Banana
45 ml (1 1/2 oz) Cream
1 dash Grenadine
30 ml (1 oz) Creme de Bananes
1 slice Nutmeg
method
Shake rum, creme de banana, cream, and grenadine with crushed ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with the banana slice, sprinkle nutmeg on top, and serve.
