225 g (8 oz) tomatoes, chopped into 0.5 cm (1/4 in) chunks
225 g (8 oz) cucumber, cut into 0.5 cm (1/4 in) chunks
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 - 3 fresh green chillies
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) salt
2 pinches sugar
45 ml (3 tbsp) lemon juice
15 g (2 tbsp) chopped fresh coriander leaves or parsley
