method
1. Wash the rice thoroughly under running water.
2. Put it in a heavy pan with the tea and cinnamon and simmer gently for about an hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas 4.
4. Remove the cinnamon and transfer the rice to an ovenproof dish.
5. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bake for about 25 minutes.
6. Serve hot or chilled, garnished, if you like, with sliced fresh fruit.
