method
1. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the almonds and fry for 1 - 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
2. Put in the semolina and fry, stirring continuously, until golden.
3. Add the raisins, milk and sugar and continue stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and a ball forms.
4. Serve warm or cold, on a flat dish garnished with the almonds.
