150 ml (1/4 pt) sour cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
chopped dill, to taste
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper

Mix everything together well. Refrigerate until required.
Serve as a salad dressing or on hot or cold fish or broiled meats.
