Cheese Herb Dressing

ingredients

225 g (8 oz) curd cheese
200 ml (7 fl oz) sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
7 g (1 tbsp) chopped parsley
7 g (1 tbsp) chopped dill
15 g (1 tbsp) sugar
10 g (1 tbsp) chopped onion

method

Combine everything together, mixing well to blend the cheese and sour cream.

Serve over plain poached fish or as a salad dressing.

Use ricotta instead of curd cheese, if preferred.
