method
1. Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over hot water until liquid. Pour a teaspoon of chocolate inside each paper sweet case and run it around the inside to line the case completely. Leave to set. Remove the paper cases from the chocolate cups.
2. Melt the plain chocolate and stir in the coffee. Leave to cool.
3. Beat in the butter and egg yolks. Add rum to taste.
4. Pipe or spoon the mocha filling into the chocolate cups and decorate with almond slivers.
