method
1. Make the pancakes as directed.
2. Mix the chopped smoked salmon with the cream cheese, egg and pepper.
3. Put a spoonful of the mixture onto each pancake on the cooked side.
4. Roll up the pancakes, tucking in the edges.
5. Fry the pancakes gently in butter to warm them through.
6. These are rather rich but would be even more delicious served with sour cream.
