ingredients

serves, 4
450 ml (16 fl oz) mint or pistachio ice cream
50 ml (2 fl oz) Creme de Menihe
50 ml (2 fl oz) Creme de Cacao

method

1. Combine all ingredients in a liquidizer, blender or food processor and mix until thick and smooth.

2. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves dipped into egg white and sugar to give a frosted appearance.
