Chocolaccino

An excellent variation on Cappuccino.

ingredients

serves 1
50 ml (2 fl oz) hot milk
50 ml (2 fl oz) hot Italian coffee
30 ml (2 tbsp) double cream, lightly whipped
25 g (1 oz) semi-sweet chocolate, grated

method

1. If you do not have a cappuccino maker froth the hot milk in a blender for approximately one minute.

2. Mix with the hot coffee and pour into a tall cup or glass.

3. Spoon over the whipped cream and top with grated chocolate. Serve immediately.
