Use any liqueur you have on hand. Chocolate mint, orange-flavoured liqueurs, creme de cassis — all are delicious. A miniature, though slightly less than the stated amount, is a handy measure.

3 ice cubes
1 egg white
50 ml (2 fl oz) liqueur
