300 ml (1/2 pt) milk
45 ml (3 tbsp) Chocolate Syrup (see recipe for Iced Caribbean Chocolate)
600 ml (1 pt) chocolate ice cream
1 banana, cut into pieces
method
1. Put milk, chocolate syrup, ice cream and banana into a blender.
2. Cover and blend until smooth.
3. To serve, pour into glasses and add a chocolate flake to each one.
