Marshmallow Crunch

ingredients

8 small meringues
600 ml (1 pt) ice cream
8 small marshmallows
450 ml (16 oz) Chocolate or Fruit Sauce

method

1. Crush the meringues coarsely and arrange at the bottom of each serving dish.

2. Top with two scoops of ice cream. Add the marshmallows and spoon over the sauce.

3. As an alternative, the meringues can be left whole and sandwiched together with the ice cream.

4. The marshmallows and sauce are arranged on top. If you like your sundaes gooey, melt the marshmallows!
