Payodhi (Baked Yoghurt) recipe

ingredients

425 ml (14 fl oz) evaporated milk
425 ml (14 fl oz) condensed milk
550 ml (18 fl oz) yoghurt
15 g (1 tbsp) pistachio nuts, skinned and chopped

method

1. Preheat oven to 450°F (225°C) Gas 5.

2. Whisk the evaporated milk, condensed milk and yoghurt together for 1 minute.

3. Pour into an ovenproof dish and place in the preheated oven.

4. Turn the oven off after 6 minutes and leave the dish in the oven overnight. Chill.

5. Serve garnished with chopped pistachio nuts.
