method
1. Heat the oil, add the onion and cook until it has softened but not browned.
2. Pass the beef strips through the seasoned flour and then brown them lightly.
3. Add the stock and mustard to the pan, stirring well. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Stir the yoghurt in and gently warm it through.
5. Serve with rice and salad.
