method
1. Heat the oil, add the onion and cook until it has just softened but not browned.
2. Add the beef and brown it.
3. Drain off any excess fat.
4. Add the dill, salt and pepper, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Stir in the yoghurt and warm it through gently.
6. Serve with rice or pasta and a crisp salad.
