1. Scoop out and discard the melon seeds. Using a teaspoon or melon bailer, carefully remove as much flesh as possible and place the flesh in a bowl with any juice which escapes.
2. Stone the cherries and add to the melon.
3. Add the raspberries and 1/2 a teaspoon of caster sugar to the melon and cherries; mix well. Spoon the fruit into the melon skin and chill until required.
4. mix the yogurt and caster sugar together. Just before serving, pour over the sweetened yogurt.
