method
1. Use a grapefruit knife to scoop out the pineapple flesh and leave the skin whole - this makes an ideal serving dish.
2. Chop the pineapple.
3. Remove the round black seeds from the papaya, peel the skin and chop the flesh.
4. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut about four whole slices for decoration. either chop the remaining fruit or cut into half slices.
5. Mix the cheeses, honey and lemon zest together.
6. Stir in most of the pineapple and papaya, reserving a few pieces for decoration.
7. Add the chopped or half slices of kiwi fruit.
8. Spoon the cheese and fruit mixture back into the pineapple skin and decorate with the reserved fruit.
