Tuna Pâté #2

ingredients

serves 2 - 3
175 g (6 oz) tin tuna fish
1 clove garlic, crushed
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) cayenne
30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
50 ml (2 fl oz) double cream
1 drop Tabasco sauce
freshly chopped parsley to taste
salt and pepper to taste

method

1. Drain the tuna fish.

2. Mash with all the other ingredients and season to taste.

3. Turn into a dish and refrigerate for 3 hours.
