1. Remove the skins from the mango and banana, roughly chop the fruit and place in a blender or food processor.
2. Cut the peach in half, remove the stone, roughly chop the fruit and add to the mango and banana.
3. Reserve three small strawberries, roughly chop the remainder and transfer to the blender.
4. Add the sugar, lemon juice and sherry.
5. Process until smooth.
6. Pour the mixture into two dessert glasses and chill.
7. Halve each of the reserved strawberries and decorate each dessert with half a grape and three strawberry halves.
