1. Thinly slice the broccoli stalk and divide the head into small florets.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan, add the garlic, ginger, red pepper and onion and stir-fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
3. Add the pork, broccoli and mushrooms, sprinkle in the flour and gradually pour in the stock, stirring all the time. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 8 - 10 minutes.
