Vegetable Cream Cheese

ingredients

makes approx. 350 g (3/4 lb)
225 g (8 oz) cream cheese
2 green (spring) onions, chopped
2 carrots, grated
2 radishes, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped
small piece fennel, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
7 g (1 tbsp) chives, chopped
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) paprika
salt and pepper

method

1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Use the mixture as an hors d'oeuvre, served in small bowls, or as a spread for open sandwiches (try pumpernickel or rye bread or raisin malt loaf).
