method
1. Mash together the cheese, mayonnaise, yoghurt and parsley.
2. Season to taste with lemon juice and black pepper.
3. Halve the avocados. Remove the stones, scoop out the flesh and retain the skins.
4. Dice flesh and put into a mixing bowl with the walnut pieces.
5. Add the cheese dressing and mix well.
6. Arrange each lettuce leaf on a small plate, and spoon the avocado mixture back into four of the skins
