method
1. Mash the flesh of the avocado.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing them in very well.
3. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish and cover it well. Refrigerate until required.
4. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers as a dip or spread.
Note Do not make this too long before you intend to serve it as avocado discolours easily.
