1 teaspoon lemon juice

method
1. Soak the raisins in the orange juice for 2 - 3 hours.
2. Slice the banana and toss in the lemon juice.
3. Place the raisins, orange juice and honey in a saucepan over a low heat, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 - 2 minutes.
4. Pour the hot sauce over the bananas and serve warm or chilled.
