1. First of all, make the filling. Mash the Gorgonzola cheese with a fork, add the curd cheese and mash once again to mix.
2. Gradually add the chives, lemon juice and yogurt.
3. Cut the pears in half lengthways and scoop out the core using a teaspoon.
4. Brush the cut edges of the pears with lemon juice.
5. Spoon the cheese filling into a piping bag fitted with a 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) star nozzle and pipe the filling over the cut edges of the pears, filling the hole left by the core.
6. Alternatively, spoon the filling on top of the pears.
7. Arrange the radicchio or chicory leaves on the serving dishes, place the pear halves on top and serve.
