1. Peel and roughly chop the banana; place in a blender or food processor.
2. Chop any large strawberries, crumble the tofu and add to the blender with the honey.
3. Process until smooth and transfer to two serving glasses.
4. Sprinkle the flaked almonds onto a baking sheet and grill for 1 - 2 minutes until light brown.
5. Scatter the toasted almonds over the strawberry and banana puree. Chill until ready to serve.
