1. Remove the seeds from the Galia melon, peel away the skin and cut the flesh into cubes, approximately 3/4 inch (2 cm) in size.
2. Remove the skin from the water melon,, cut into cubes the same size, removing the black seeds while preparing the fruit.
3. mix the Galia and water melon cubes together and add the black grapes.
4. Cut the cucumber into cubes, approximately the same size as the melon and add to the fruit.
5. Place all the dressing ingredients in a small, screw-top jar and shake well to mix. Alternatively, whisk the ingredients together in a small basin.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
