method
1. mix together the breadcrumbs, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
2. Turn the cod in the flour, then the milk and lastly the breadcrumb mixture.
3. Melt the margarine and brush a small piece of foil, just large enough to hold the cod, with a little margarine.
4. Lay the cod on the foil and drizzle the remaining margarine over the top.
5. Place under a moderately hot grill for 10 - 12 minutes, turning once until the cod is cooked and golden brown.
