method
1. Cut a 1/2 inch (1.25-cm) slice from the top of each roll.
2. Pull out the inside of the base of the roll, leaving the crust intact.
3. Place the bread from inside the rolls into a blender and process to make breadcrumbs.
4. Mix together the egg, ham or corned beef, tomato puree, spring onions, garlic and cheese.
5. Stir in the breadcrumbs and season well with chilli sauce and salt.
6. Spoon the stuffing back into the roll crusts and top with the reserved 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) slices.
7. Cook, either by placing on a plate and cooking on full power in a microwave oven for 1 minute 45 seconds, leaving to stand for 2 minutes then serving, or wrap loosely in foil and bake at Gas Mark 6, 200°C, 400°F for 20 - 25 minutes until the egg has set and the filling is hot.
