1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) Gas mark 6
2. Sift together the flours, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda (baking soda), sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix together the yogurt, orange juice and zest with the oil and egg.
4. Gently mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients using a metal spoon.
5. Add the mincemeat and blend briefly.
6. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases in the muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
7. Leave the muffins to cool in the paper cases and serve them cold.
