6 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
a good pinch of cayenne
juice of 1 lemon
method
1. Thread the Shrimps in their shells onto skewers and put them over a hot barbecue or under the grill/broiler for about 8 minutes, turning them over once.
2. Beat the sauce ingredients in a bowl, and serve with the Shrimps for everyone to dip in.
