method
1. Cook the pasta as per pack instructions.
2. In the meantime melt the butter in a large frying pan or wok.
3. Add the garlic, walnuts and olives and cook over a moderate heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Then add the kale, drained pasta, balsamic vinegar, salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook for a further 1 - 2 minutes.
To serve
Pile onto individual plates and top with parmesan shavings.
