250 g pasta shells
1 tbsp oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
250 g mushrooms, thickly sliced
25 g flour
400 g can chopped tomatoes
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 x 200 g cans tuna, drained
method
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onion and garlic, cook gently for 4 - 5 minutes until soft.
3. Add the mushrooms and flour, cook for a further 2 minutes.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and the cooked pasta shells and heat gently for 5 minutes.
