method
1. Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, chives, cheese and almonds together.
2. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper, dip into the beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
3. Melt the butter in a pan, add the garlic and cook for one minute, without browning.
4. Place the drumsticks in a large roasting pan, spoon over the garlic butter and cook in a preheated moderate oven 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for 35 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally until well cooked and golden brown.
5. Serve hot or cold.
