Broad Bean, Butter Bean and Mint Puree

ingredients

serves: 6
300 g can broad beans
410 g can butter beans
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp mint, chopped finely
salt and freshly ground black pepper

method

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a smooth puree.
