1. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small basin and use to brush all over the drumsticks.
2. Place them all on a large piece of foil and fold over to enclose completely.
3. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
4. Remove the foil, place the chicken on the barbecue grid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the remaining sauce, until the skin is crisp.
