method
1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of lightly salted, boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes or according to the packet instructions.
2. Drain thoroughly and mix with the olive oil.
3. Place the pasta in a large saucepan and add the ham, peas, black olives, chopped tomatoes, orange zest, parsley and seasoning.
4. Heat through while mixing everything together
5. Divide the pasta mixture between four warmed plates and serve immediately.
