1. Place the noodles in a large bowl and cover them with boiling water Leave them to stand for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
2. Meanwhile, spray a large frying pan or wok with low fat cooking spray, and add the red onion and cabbage.
3. Stir fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
4. Drain the noodles thoroughly. Add them to the pan with the orange zest and juice and sesame seeds.
5. Stir fry for a further 2 - 3 minutes, until everything is piping hot.
6. Drizzle with sesame oil just before serving.
