Honeysuckle Cup

ingredients

makes about 1.4 litre (2 1/2 pt).
1 bottle medium-dry white wine
15 ml (1 tbsp) honey, optional
25 ml (1 1/2 tbsps) Benedictine
150 g ml (1/4 pt) brandy
750 g ml (25 fl oz) fizzy lemonade
2 lemons, sliced
1 peach, sliced
crushed ice

method

1. Mix the wine, honey (if used), Benedictine, brandy and lemonade and pour over the fruit and ice in a bowl.

2. Leave to stand for 1 hour before serving.
