1. Sift 1 cup flour, oregano, salt and sugar into a bowl.
2. Stir in yeast. Add warm water and oil and beat for 2 minutes in a mixer or 300 strokes by hand.
3. Add remaining sifted flour and blend in with a spoon.
4. Knead on floured board until smooth.
5. Cover and stand for 10 minutes.
6. Spread dough evenly with a spoon or oiled fingers into a greased 30 cm (12 inch) pizza tin.
7. Cover dough with a thick layer of tomato paste or sliced tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
8. Arrange layers of sliced cabana, onion, champignons, olives and capsicum on top.
9. Sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese.
10. Bake in a moderately hot oven 190-200°C (375-400°F) for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
