method
1. Cut lobster in half lengthways, remove bag in the head and intestine.
2. Lift meat from shell, cut into cubes.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan and saute lobster meat with garlic, mushrooms and parsley for 2 minutes.
4. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 4 or 5 minutes. Do not boil.
6. Spoon mixture into lobster shells, sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with grated cheese.
7. Place under a pre-heated grill until top is golden brown.
8. Serve immediately.
