method
1. Mix together the Teriyaki sauce, tomato ketchup and garlic in a shallow non-metallic dish.
2. Place the strips of steak in this mixture. Mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, place the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Leave them to stand for 10 minutes and then drain well.
4. Drain the beef, but reserve the marinade.
5. Spray a large non stick wok or frying pan with low fat cooking spray, and stir fry the beef for 5 minutes over a high heat.
6. Add the onion, cabbage and sugar snap peas, and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
7. Add the noodles and the reserved marinade to the pan. Heat through for 5 minutes and then serve.

I think most people are like me...who arent really after the professional experience...and i think we make up the majority. I'd really favor it if you can at least post pictures of the ingredients so we can at least know what to buy from the supermarket or grocer...lol

If you really need pictures of garlic, cabbage, beef, and onions to know what they are then you probably shouldnt be cooking!
