method
1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. In a saucepan, melt the marshmallows in the milk over a low heat. Cool.
3. Fold cream into cream cheese mixture and pour into an icecream tray.
4. Add the jam to the marshmallow mixture and pour into the tray over the cream cheese mixture.
5. With a skewer marble the mixture and freeze.
6. Just before serving melt chocolate in a saucepan over hot water.
7. Scoop icecream into individual serving dishes and drizzle melted chocolate over the top of each one.
8. Serve with crisp wafer biscuits, if desired.
