Honeyed Grapes

ingredients

serves: 4
500 g (1 lb) seedless white grapes
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons brandy
whipped fresh cream or sour cream for serving

method

1. Remove grapes from stems, wash well and drain.

2. Combine honey, lemon juice and brandy and pour over grapes.

3. Stir gently, being careful not to break fruit.

4. Cover and stand in refrigerator overnight.

5. Serve chilled, topped with a spoonful of whipped cream or sour cream.
