method
1. Peel rockmelon, cut into cubes.
2. Skin peaches and slice.
3. Combine rockmelon and peaches and steep in lemon juice and 2 tablespoons sugar for 10 minutes.
4. Peel and core pineapple, cut into chunks. Skin and quarter apricots.
5. Peel bananas and slice diagonally.
6. Combine prepared fruits, toss gently together with remaining sugar and Cointreau.
7. Serve in a bowl with passionfruit pulp spooned over.
8. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
