method
In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the cheese to soften. Sift the icing sugar into the cheese and mix well. Lightly crush the amaretti biscuits into the mixture and stir until well combined.
2. Arrange berry fruits around the cheese and sprinkle with liqueur.
To serve
